"No active course" or "no courses": what to do

If you bought a product but can’t see the content, you’ve probably hit one of these two situations. They share similar causes.

Note: the member area (área de membros) is in Portuguese only, so on-screen labels are shown in Portuguese exactly as they appear, with an English gloss in parentheses on first mention.

Message at login

When trying to log in, you may see:

Você não possui acesso a nenhum curso ativo. Entre em contato com o suporte.

(In English: “You don’t have access to any active course. Please contact support.”)

This means your credentials were accepted, but there’s no course released to your access yet.

State on the panel

If you did log in but the panel shows:

Nenhum curso encontrado — Você ainda não está matriculado em nenhum curso

(In English: “No course found — You are not enrolled in any course yet.”)

it’s the same scenario seen from the inside: access exists, but no course is linked to it yet.

Most common causes

  • Payment not yet confirmed. Access is usually released after the payment is confirmed. PIX and boleto purchases can take some time to be processed.
  • A different email than the one used at checkout. If you logged in with another email, the access tied to your purchase won’t appear. Check which address was used for the payment.
  • Content release timing. Some products release access at a specific moment defined by the seller, not immediately after purchase.

How to solve it

  1. Confirm the payment shows as approved/confirmed on your receipt.
  2. Check that you’re logging in with the same email as the purchase.
  3. If the payment is confirmed, was made with that email, and the course still doesn’t appear, contact the product/seller support, providing the email and the purchase date.
