How to pay with PIX (QR code and copy-and-paste)
PIX is the fastest way to pay: as soon as your bank confirms the payment, your order is released automatically, with no waiting for business days. After filling in your details and choosing PIX as the payment method, you go to the payment screen titled “PIX Payment”.
What you see on the screen
- A large QR code at the top, inside a white frame.
- A countdown (“Offer expires in: MM:SS”) when the offer has a time limit. It is highlighted in red, with a clock icon.
- The “Copy PIX code” button.
- The “Payment Status” block, which shows “Pending Payment” while you have not paid yet.
- The “Confirm Payment” button.
Paying with the QR code
- Open your bank app.
- Choose the PIX option and then Pay with QR code (or “Scan QR code”).
- Point your camera at the QR code shown on the checkout screen.
- Check the amount and confirm the payment in your bank app.
Paying with copy-and-paste
If you are paying from your phone (the same screen as the checkout) or prefer not to use the camera:
- Tap “Copy PIX code”. The button turns green and shows “Copied!” for a few seconds, confirming that the code was copied.
- Open your bank app and choose PIX › Copy and paste.
- Paste the code, check the amount, and confirm.
The instructions shown just below the button sum this up: “Open your bank app and make the payment using the copied information” and “After making the payment, your order will be released instantly!”.
The time limit to pay
When there is a countdown on the screen, it shows the time left to complete the payment for that offer. If it runs out before you pay, the page may take you back to the checkout to start over. So pay before the countdown reaches zero.
How I know the payment was confirmed
You do not need to do anything after paying. The screen checks the status by itself, every so often — the “Payment Status” block shows “Checking again in X seconds”. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the page automatically advances to the purchase confirmation or to the producer’s page.
If you have already paid and want to speed up the check, tap “Confirm Payment”. This button only checks the current status — it does not create a new charge. While checking, it shows “Checking…”. If the payment has not cleared yet, a notice tells you it is still pending; wait a little longer and try again.
Keep this page open until you see the confirmation. You can also follow the result through the email the producer sends after approval.
