I didn't receive the product access email

Once your payment is approved, you receive an email with the login credentials for the product’s member area. That email is your entry point — access isn’t granted through a direct link on the confirmation screen.

Step by step

  1. Check your spam/junk folder. This is the most common reason the email seems to “disappear”. Mark it as “not spam” so future notices arrive normally.
  2. Confirm the email used at checkout. If you have more than one email address, make sure you’re checking the same one used for the purchase.
  3. Wait a few minutes. PIX and boleto payments can take a little longer to confirm before the email is sent.
  4. Go straight to the member area and use “Forgot my password” with the email used at checkout — this resends access even if the original email never arrived.

First login

On your first login, the system may ask you to replace the temporary password with one of your choice. That’s expected and part of your account’s security.

If you still see “you don’t have access to any active course”, confirm that the payment is marked as approved in your order history. If it’s approved and the issue persists, contact support with the email and purchase date.
