I got the access email — how to do my first login

2 min read · Updated on 7/14/2026

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with the credentials to access the product’s member area. This guide is for people who already received that email and want to know where and how to log in. If the email never arrived, see I didn’t receive the access email.

Note: the member area (área de membros) is in Portuguese only, so on-screen labels are shown in Portuguese exactly as they appear, with an English gloss in parentheses on first mention.

Where access comes from

Access isn’t granted through a direct link on the purchase confirmation screen. It arrives in the email address you used at checkout, with the details for your first login. Keep that email: it’s your entry point.

Where do I log in

Open the product’s member-area login page — usually the address /area-membros/login, which is also in the access email. The screen shows the title “Área do Estudante” (“Student area”) with the product name and asks for two fields:

  • Email — the same email used for the purchase.
  • Senha (“Password”) — the password provided in the access email.

If you’re unsure you typed the password correctly, use the eye icon next to the field to show or hide the password. Then click Entrar (“Log in”) — the button shows “Entrando…” (“Logging in…”) while it validates.

First access may ask you to change the password

On your first login, for security, the system may take you straight to the “Primeiro Acesso” (“First access”) screen, with the notice:

Esta é sua primeira vez acessando o sistema. Por favor, defina uma nova senha segura.

(In English: “This is your first time accessing the system. Please set a new secure password.”)

This is expected. You set a new password (at least 6 characters, typed twice to confirm) and continue into the member area. That step is detailed in Change your password on first access.

I still couldn’t log in even with the email in hand

  • Confirm you’re using the same email as the purchase — if you have more than one, access belongs to the address used for the payment.
  • If you see “Credenciais inválidas” (“Invalid credentials”), review the password from the email or use “Esqueci minha senha” (“Forgot my password”) on the login screen to reset it.
  • If you see “Você não possui acesso a nenhum curso ativo” (“You don’t have access to any active course”), see No active course.

After logging in, you land on the Meus Cursos (“My Courses”) panel — from there you just need to access your course.
