I forgot my password (email code)

If you forgot your member-area password, you can reset it yourself without contacting support. The process has two steps: request a verification code by email, then set the new password.

Note: the member area (área de membros) is in Portuguese only, so on-screen labels are shown in Portuguese exactly as they appear, with an English gloss in parentheses on first mention.

Step 1 — request the code

  1. On the login screen, tap “Esqueci minha senha” (“Forgot my password”).
  2. On the “Recuperar Senha” (“Reset password”) page, enter the registered email (the same one used for the purchase).
  3. Tap Enviar Código (“Send code”) — the button shows “Enviando…” (“Sending…”) while it processes.

Security message

For security, the system does not confirm whether the email exists. You’ll always see:

Se o email estiver cadastrado, você receberá um código de verificação.

(In English: “If the email is registered, you’ll receive a verification code.”)

This is normal and protects your account. If the email is registered, the code arrives in your inbox.

Step 2 — reset the password

With the code in hand, fill in:

  • Código de Verificação (“Verification code”) — the code received by email.
  • Nova Senha (“New password”) — at least 6 characters (use the eye icon to check).
  • Confirmar Senha (“Confirm password”) — repeat the new password; the two must match.

Tap Redefinir Senha (“Reset password”). When it succeeds, “Senha redefinida com sucesso! Redirecionando…” (“Password reset successfully! Redirecting…”) appears and you return to the login to sign in with the new password.

I didn’t receive the code

  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Confirm you typed the correct email (the same as the purchase).
  • On the step 2 screen, use the “Não recebeu o código? Tentar novamente” (“Didn’t get the code? Try again”) link to go back and resend.

Common errors

  • “Código inválido ou expirado.” (“Invalid or expired code.”) — the code is wrong or has expired; request a new one in step 1.
  • “As senhas não coincidem” (“The passwords don’t match”) — the new password and the confirmation differ.
  • “Senha deve ter pelo menos 6 caracteres” (“Password must be at least 6 characters”) — choose a longer password.
