I was redirected — where do I go after paying?

After paying, the checkout may take you to another page automatically. Where you go depends on the payment result and on the setup done by the producer. Here is what each situation means.

After approval

When the payment is approved, there are two scenarios:

• The producer set up a success page. You are taken straight to it — it could be a thank-you page, a content access page, or a download page. The default confirmation screen does not even appear.
• The producer did not set up their own page. You see the “Order confirmed successfully!” screen inside the checkout itself, with the order number and summary.

In both cases the purchase was approved. If it is a digital product, access arrives through the email used for the purchase.

After a decline or expiration

• Payment declined: the “Unable to complete your purchase” screen appears. After that, you may be taken to a failure page (if the producer set one up) or back to the checkout to try again.
• PIX/boleto that expired (the countdown reached zero without payment): the page also takes you back to the checkout or to the configured failure page, so you can place the order again.

Why did I return to the checkout on my own?

If the payment stays pending for a long time (by default, about 5 minutes without confirmation), the screen redirects you automatically — to a producer page or back to the checkout. This is normal timeout behavior, and it does not cancel a payment you have already made: if it clears later, it is still confirmed and you receive the notice by email.

Do my details get lost in the redirect?

No. When you return to the checkout, your order details are preserved, and the purchase identification (along with tracking parameters) is kept as you move between pages. This way, you do not need to start over from scratch and you do not lose the link to the original order.

If you were redirected to a producer page and are unsure about the status, check the confirmation email or reopen the order to see the updated status.
