On this page
Receipt and purchase confirmation
When the payment is approved, the checkout shows the confirmed-purchase screen, with an approval icon and the title “Order confirmed successfully!”. Right below, a greeting with your name appears: “Thank you for shopping with us, [your name]! 🎉”.
Order number
Highlighted in a green banner, the message “Your order #[number] is being prepared.” appears. This is the order number — write it down or save this screen, because it identifies your purchase in any future contact with support.
Purchase summary
Next, there is the “Order Summary” with:
- Product — the name of what you bought.
- Delivery — which varies by product type (see below).
- Payment — the method used and the amount. For a card, the installment plan also appears (for example, “Credit Card - 3x of $33.33”); for PIX and boleto, the method and the total amount appear.
Physical product vs. digital product
- Physical product: the summary shows the estimated delivery date and the delivery address.
- Digital product: the summary shows “Digital Product - Immediate Delivery” and, in the access field, “Email Access”. In other words, access to the product is sent to the email you used for the purchase — it is not unlocked by a button on this screen.
If you bought a digital product, check the email entered on the order (including the spam folder). Access arrives there.
What about the redirect?
This confirmation screen appears when the producer has not set up their own success page. If they did, the approval takes you straight to their page (a thank-you, access, or content page) instead of showing this screen. In both cases the purchase was approved — only where you are taken changes. See where you go after paying.
