My subscriptions: status and next charge

If you bought a product with recurring payment (a subscription), you can follow everything from the member area itself, on the Minhas Assinaturas (“My Subscriptions”) page.

Note: the member area (área de membros) is in Portuguese only, so on-screen labels are shown in Portuguese exactly as they appear, with an English gloss in parentheses on first mention.

Where I see it

At the top of the screen, tap the icon with your initials and choose Minhas Assinaturas (“My Subscriptions”). It opens the “Minhas Assinaturas” page with the list of your subscriptions.

Each item shows:

  • the product name (or offer name) and the image;
  • the subscription amount;
  • the billing frequencySemanal (“Weekly”), Mensal (“Monthly”), Bimestral (“Every two months”), Trimestral (“Quarterly”), Semestral (“Every six months”) or Anual (“Yearly”);
  • the next charge, when there is one (e.g. “Próxima cobrança: 14/08/2026” / “Next charge: 08/14/2026”);
  • a status label.

Possible statuses

The label next to the name indicates the subscription’s situation:

  • Ativa (“Active”) — up to date; it will keep being charged at the set frequency.
  • Pausada (“Paused”) — temporarily not charged.
  • Cancelamento agendado (“Cancellation scheduled”) — you canceled, but access continues until the end of the period already paid (no new charge).
  • Cancelada (“Canceled”) — ended.
  • Suspensa (“Suspended”) — interrupted.

When cancellation is scheduled, the notice “Cancelamento agendado — acesso mantido até {date}” (“Cancellation scheduled — access kept until {date}”) also appears.

Next charge

The next charge date is when the recurring payment will be charged again. If the subscription is canceled or has a scheduled cancellation, no new charge is expected after that date.

No subscriptions

If you don’t have any subscriptions, the page shows “Nenhuma assinatura encontrada — Você ainda não possui assinaturas ativas” (“No subscription found — You don’t have any active subscriptions yet”). This is expected for anyone who only made one-time (single payment) purchases.

Failed to load

If “Não foi possível carregar suas assinaturas” (“We couldn’t load your subscriptions”) appears, tap Tentar novamente (“Try again”). If it persists, wait a few moments and reload the page.
