My account details

The member area is focused on accessing content, so your account details sit in a simple menu at the top of the screen. Here’s where to find them.

Note: the member area (área de membros) is in Portuguese only, so on-screen labels are shown in Portuguese exactly as they appear, with an English gloss in parentheses on first mention.

Greeting and identification

On the home panel, you’re welcomed with “Olá, {your name} 👋” (“Hello, {your name} 👋”) and the subtitle “Continue sua jornada de aprendizado” (“Continue your learning journey”). The displayed name is the one registered on your access account.

Account menu

In the top corner of the screen, tap the icon with your initials (for example, “JS” for João Silva). It opens a menu that shows:

• your name and access email, at the top;
• Minhas Assinaturas (“My Subscriptions”) — takes you to the list of your subscriptions;
• Trocar Senha (“Change password”) — opens a window to set a new password (new password + confirmation, at least 6 characters);
• Sair (“Log out”) — ends the session and returns to the login screen.

The access email is the same as the purchase

The email shown in the menu is the same one you used at checkout — it’s what identifies your account and concentrates your access. That’s why, when logging in or resetting the password, you should always use that address.

The access email is not editable here. If it’s incorrect or you need to use another address, contact the product/seller support.
