My session expired

1 min read · Updated on 7/14/2026

For security, the member area ends your access after a period of inactivity. When that happens, a notice appears asking you to log in again.

Note: the member area (área de membros) is in Portuguese only, so on-screen labels are shown in Portuguese exactly as they appear, with an English gloss in parentheses on first mention.

The notice

You see a “Sessão Expirada” (“Session expired”) window with the message:

Sua sessão expirou por motivos de segurança. Por favor, faça login novamente para continuar.

(In English: “Your session expired for security reasons. Please log in again to continue.”)

The window has two buttons: Fechar (“Close”) and Fazer Login (“Log in”).

Before expiring, the system may also show a quick warning that the session is about to end — any click or tap on the screen renews the time and keeps you signed in.

What to do

Tap Fazer Login (“Log in”) and sign in again with your usual email and password. Once you’re in, you return to your course panel. If you have login trouble, see I can’t log in.

Why it happens

The session expires after a period without activity — it’s a protection so nobody uses your account if you forget the page open on a shared device. It’s not an error with your purchase or your access: your courses remain available normally, and your lesson progress is saved. Just log in again to continue where you left off.
