I can't log in
If your member-area login doesn’t go through, the screen itself usually tells you why. Here’s what each message means and how to act.
Note: the member area (área de membros) is in Portuguese only, so on-screen labels are shown in Portuguese exactly as they appear, with an English gloss in parentheses on first mention.
Check your email and password
First of all, make sure you’re using the email from the purchase and the password you set (or the temporary one that came by email). Use the eye icon next to the password field to show or hide what you typed and avoid typos.
Invalid credentials
The most common message is:
Credenciais inválidas
(In English: “Invalid credentials.”)
It means the email or password don’t match. Review both. If you don’t remember your password, tap “Esqueci minha senha” (“Forgot my password”) and reset it by email.
Account unavailable or blocked
- “Conta temporariamente indisponível. Tente novamente mais tarde ou entre em contato com o suporte.” (“Account temporarily unavailable. Try again later or contact support.”) — there was a momentary outage; wait and try again.
- “Acesso bloqueado. Entre em contato com o suporte.” (“Access blocked. Please contact support.”) — access is blocked; contact the product/seller support.
- “Você não possui acesso a nenhum curso ativo.” (“You don’t have access to any active course.”) — login worked, but there’s no course released; see No active course.
Required fields
If you try to log in without filling everything, the screen flags each field:
- “Email é obrigatório” (“Email is required”) / “Email deve ter um formato válido” (“Email must be in a valid format”).
- “Senha é obrigatória” (“Password is required”) / “Senha deve ter pelo menos 6 caracteres” (“Password must be at least 6 characters”).
Fill in the fields correctly for the Entrar (“Log in”) button to become available.
Still can’t log in
If you’ve confirmed the email, the password is correct, and the payment shows as confirmed, but login keeps failing, contact the product/seller support, providing the email used at checkout and the date.
