How to track and confirm the payment status
After paying by PIX or boleto, you do not need to keep refreshing the page manually: the checkout tracks the payment on its own. Even so, you can force a check when you have already paid and want the result right away.
Automatic tracking
On the PIX or boleto screen, the “Payment Status” block shows “Pending Payment” and, next to it, “Checking again in X seconds” with a progress bar. On each cycle, the page checks the updated status.
As soon as the payment is confirmed, the screen advances automatically to the purchase confirmation or to the page configured by the producer — without you needing to tap anything.
Forcing a check
If you have already paid and want to speed things up, tap “Confirm Payment”. This button runs an immediate check of the status. While checking, it shows “Checking…”. The possible results are:
- Payment approved — the “Payment approved!” state appears and the screen advances to the confirmation.
- Payment declined or not found — a notice tells you the payment was not found or was declined, and you go to the “Unable to complete your purchase” screen.
- Still pending — a notice tells you the payment is still pending and to wait for confirmation. In that case, wait a moment and try again.
The “Confirm Payment” button only checks — it does not create a new charge or a new order.
Checking the order details
On the same screen, the “Order Data” column (which you can expand or collapse) shows the customer details (name, email, document, and phone) and the “Order Summary” with the Subtotal, the Service fee (when applicable), and the Total. Use this to check that everything is correct while the payment is being processed.
If I close the page
Closing the tab does not cancel a payment you have already made. The PIX or boleto follows its normal course and, once confirmed, you receive the notice by email. If you want to reopen the tracking, use the order link or check the confirmation email. For a boleto, keep the code until it clears.
